I was approached by Faby Forster’s manager to create a logo for Faby, a Dutch Latin DJ. Faby shared some visual references and inspiration, and I started developing the logo in Illustrator. One of the key elements she wanted to incorporate was a star. At the time, she was also still deciding on her artist name whether it would be DJ Faby, Faby, or Fabi. Eventually, she decided on the name “Faby.”
The final logo was delivered as a 2D design, but I saw potential to take it further into 3D. I developed a concept stage visual to explore how the identity could translate into a live environment. The logo was also applied to promotional artwork for Faby’s social media, giving the visual identity a consistent presence across different formats.
